As Egypt government, has established a new investment law, IDA needed to automate Its business processes. Furthermore, this is to adopt Egypt governmental approach to facilities and improve the regularity environment for the investors, allow investors to process their requests efficiently and in a shorter time frame, as well as providing the investor with online follow up capabilities on his requests while providing IDA monitoring capabilities, business KPIs and efficiency for process improvement and evolution.

Automating IDA’s core business process using Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) platform, using a single design-time and unified engine for process, case, rules, human tasks, forms, analytics, and integration. • Automating IDA’s core business process using Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) platform, using a single design-time and unified engine for process, case, rules, human tasks, forms, analytics, and integration. • Have a Business process management mechanism that supports IDA dynamic laws and its dynamic business and business rules changes for the implementation of workflow process automation and process integration layer without the need to re-build the entire process. • Have business KPI’s derived from the automated system for IDA’s continuous business improvement and process evolution. • Allowing IDA to focus on its strategic roles of regulation by providing such automated and integrated process approach to implement a risk based regulation principles. • Unification of IDA’s integration with internal and external systems, applications, origination, and 3rd parties by establishing IDA’s Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) to standers IDA’s integration method with existing systems as well as new systems, Originations and 3rd parties. • Overcome integration and capacity issues when it comes to systems integration and system rollout to the entire network and when connecting with External systems. • Efficiently enroll IDA’s IT staff in this digital transformation project to empower IDA’s IT staff capabilities to participate in the implementation activities and become leisurely capable to handover the new platform for maintaining and evolution activities.
